1. Booking Confirmation

Your place at an event is confirmed once you’ve received a confirmation email from us with your event details, following payment in full.

We may occasionally need to decline a booking where someone doesn’t meet the requirements for a particular event. For example, if an event is for women only, we will decline a booking from a man and refund any payment made.

2. Ticket Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except where we cancel or reschedule an event as explained in Section 6 below.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another event organised by The Chime & Calm Collective, subject to availability.

Please let us know at least 48 hours before the start of your original event if you’d like to transfer your booking.

3. Late Arrivals

We want to keep the experience calm and uninterrupted for everyone, so unfortunately we may not be able to let you in once a session has begun.

Please aim to arrive around 15 minutes before the planned start time so you have time to get settled.

4. Health and Wellbeing

Sound bath sessions are intended to support relaxation and wellbeing, but they aren’t a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

If you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, sound sensitivity, severe mental health conditions, or any other medical concerns, please speak to an appropriate healthcare professional before attending..

Participation is at your own discretion.

We are unable to accommodate participants who are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

5. Floating Sound Bath Participation

If you’re joining us for a floating sound bath, you’ll need to:

  • Be comfortable being in water, and

  • Follow any instructions given by The Chime & Calm Collective or the venue.

6. Minimum Attendance, Changes and Cancellations

Some of our events need a minimum number of attendees to be able to go ahead. If there aren’t enough bookings for an event, we may need to cancel it.

Occasionally, we may also need to cancel or reschedule an event for other reasons.

If we cancel an event, you can choose either to:

  • Transfer the full value of your ticket to another event organised by The Chime & Calm Collective, subject to availability; or

  • Receive a full refund of the amount you paid for your ticket.

If we reschedule an event, you’re welcome to attend on the new date. If the new date doesn’t work for you, you can choose to transfer the full value of your ticket to another event, subject to availability, or receive a full refund.

We’ll always do our best to give you as much notice as reasonably possible if we need to cancel or reschedule an event, and we’ll contact you using the details you provided when booking.

7. Personal Belongings

Please look after your personal belongings while you’re at an event. The Chime & Calm Collective cannot accept responsibility for belongings that are lost, damaged or left behind.

8. A Calm and Respectful Space

Our events are intended to provide a calm, welcoming and supportive space for everyone attending.

We simply ask that you treat other participants, facilitators and venue staff with kindness and respect.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

The terms that apply to your booking will normally be the ones in place when you make your booking.
