Welcome to The Chime and Calm Collective, a blend of online and in-person sessions created to support you if you’ve lived in hypervigilance and are ready to move towards steadiness, realignment, and finding your balance.
Here, realignment begins in your body. Through sound-based practices, meditation, and Reiki, you are gently supported as you move from chronic fight-or-flight into a calmer, more grounded state one mindful, steady step at a time.
Many people find that these sessions offer a quiet, safe space to pause, settle, and reconnect with themselves, allowing small, sustainable shifts towards calm and self-trust.
