Gentle Support Available Online & In-Person



( Coming from September 2026 ) - A gentle, structured course for in-person exploring the use of crystal singing bowls for self practice.
Designed to support calm, presence, and grounded practice.

Explore a variety of experiences designed to support relaxation and personal focus. Enjoy sound baths, tailored 1-to-1 sessions, in-person courses for playing singing bowls. Floating Sound Baths at Dursley and Stroud swimming pools are also going to be available.
Participate in Reiki, meditation circles, and upcoming retreats.
There are also opportunities to work together on a 1-to-1 basis. These are offered as exclusive, in-person sessions with limited availability and a waiting list.

( Coming later this year ) - Online self paced Singing Bowl Course
Learn simple techniques for working with Crystal Singing Bowls and develop your own daily self practice to help with feeling calm and settled with our online course. And if you choose to do our in person Reiki course and incorporate Reiki daily practice into your self care routine.
Doing both courses enables you to combine Reiki practice and playing your bowls, which is very supportive when seeking to move out of fight-or-flight.

This summer you can become a member of the Library. Monthly membership will give you access to specially selected recordings, designed to provide you with additional support when you want it. Convenient and accessed when you want, at home, in your own space.
